Precision over folklore
Act 60 has a folklore. We work the statute, the grant, and the federal tests.
The firm
Bonn LLC was set up as an alternative to business as usual: a tax and accounting firm whose primary work is getting clients into — and keeping them inside — Puerto Rico’s economic incentives.

From the start the aim was specific: become a specialist in the island’s incentive code, not a generalist who treats Act 60 as a side product. That means sitting with the client’s federal picture, the Puerto Rico picture, and the grant, in the same conversation. On the applications we have filed, the approval rate is 100%.
The book is mixed on purpose. Local operators and companies that export technology, software, consulting, law, and finance. The common thread is the same: they want the incentive, and they want it to survive an exam.
Amervim Bonano runs the practice. Clients who write in tend to mention the same thing — he takes the call, answers the 20/22 paperwork questions, and stays on the grant until it issues.
Act 60 has a folklore. We work the statute, the grant, and the federal tests.
Entity, decree, payroll, and residency evidence are one engagement, not four vendors.
The work is technical. The phone still gets answered.
A consult is a working session, not a pitch. If the profile is wrong for a decree, we say so.
